Juwi sells 267 MW PV portfolio to Foresight and Mirova, signs EPC and O&M contracts in Greece / Construction is scheduled to start in August 2024

In the run-up to Intersolar 2024, JUWI can announce a new record and the start of further major projects: With the completion of the 223.6 megawatt “Pike Solar” solar park in the US state of Colorado, the renewable energy specialist has increased its installed solar capacity to over 4,000 megawatts. The company also announced the launch of further large-scale projects in excess of 100 megawatts. At the world's leading trade fair for the solar industry in Munich from June 19 to 21, JUWI will be presenting its complete range of project development and O&M services for solar and hybrid projects at a joint stand with its sister company MVV Trading in Hall A4, Stand 550.

JUWI GmbH is selling the shares it holds in the two Japanese joint venture companies Juwi Shizen Energy Inc. and Juwi Shizen Energy Operation Inc. The shares in both companies are being taken over by the existing joint venture partner, Shizen Energy Inc.
