The technical, procurement and construction teams work closely with suppliers to develop and deliver high-quality components.

Quality Management Co-ordinator (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

Objectives
We are looking for a Quality Management Co-ordinator for JUWI ITA. This person will be responsible to support the maintenance and improvement of the company’s Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015. This person will report to the MD and EMEA Quality Management.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain of JUWI Management System databases for JUWI Italy
  • Support the drafting of and updating of quality processes
  • Conduct quality workshops
  • Guide process workshops with process owners
  • Prepare for quality audits
  • Contribute and support the companys continuous improvement process
  • Analyse and report the company’s quality status and performance
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that quality requirements are compiled within departmental processes
  • Collation of data required for management review, regional and group initiatives
  • Support quality effectiveness monitoring programmes
  • Participate in EMEA Quality meetings and workshops.

Your Profile

Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Business, Engineering or Similar
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Quality Management
  • Understanding of ISO 9001 standard
  • Process orientated with excellent process mapping/writing skills
 
Desirable Attributes
  • Excellent MS office knowledge (Visio skills an advantage)
  • Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate well, work independently and within a team of diverse individuals
  • Motivated individual displaying passion for quality and continuous improvement
