We are looking for you as a

HR Officer (m/f/d)

full time - unlimited

Your Tasks

  • Payroll and benefits administration of the country
  • Reporting of legal requirements to the Greek authorities
  • Responsible for headcount and personnel information update in HR systems and data folders
  • Responsible for the Time Management of the employees
  • Supporting in the HR related day to day queries of the employees  
  • Supporting all recruitment and hiring activities for the country using various applicable platforms.
  • Drafting and management of contracts and contractual obligations for local employment and supporting in international/regional secondments.
  • Update, maintain and ensure conformity of HR policies & procedures in alignment with employee handbooks, global HR Minimum standards.
  • Support in the onboarding and integration of new employees in the country
  • Participate in implementation of global /local HR initiatives
  • Document annual target setting and achievement processes with managers in alignment with the global JUWI target system and global bonus standard
  • Support in the employee performance development / training development process
  • Responsible for maintaining the JUWI Greece homepage and social network pages

Your Profile

  • Degree in HR or Business Administration or any other relative discipline  
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR generalist/payroll experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Greece
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Proficiency in IT software (Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) with ability to learn new systems
  • Able to handle personal and confidential information with discretion
