Commisioning Officer

At JUWI GmbH, you'll be driving the energy revolution from different perspectives. We plan and implement wind and solar energy projects throughout Germany, support the international juwi companies and manage the activities of the entire juwi Group.

Objectives

To achieve this goal, the Commissioning Manager is in charge of:
  • Solar farm commissioning
  • creating and carrying out test procedures and documentation
  • investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults
  • troubleshooting
  • liaising with installation/project engineers
  • supervising engineering and technical staff
  • work with construction team and provide technical support
  • Work with SCADA and Control system engineering team to support engineering and commission the control systems
  • Supporting to contracts/legal team to access the technical risk of the project
  • Supporting business development team to access the technical commitments in the project contract
  • writing reports and documentation
  • providing technical support
  • ensuring safe working conditions
  • training maintenance and operative staff where appropriate.

Your Profile

  • Participating in Reporting process
  • An engineering degree
  • At least 3 year of successful project engineering in the power or energy industry, preferably solar power or other renewable energies.
  • Proven performance for technically complex projects.
  • The ability to lead and give instructions to subcontractors
  • Successful relationship building across a broad range of levels
  • A team player with exceptional communication skills, a self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for renewable energies.
