The juwi group is run by the chairmen Michael Class (CEO), Stephan Hansen (COO) and Dagmar Rehm (CFO).
Michael Class has been CEO of the juwi group since 1 July 2016 when company founder Fred Jung moved to the supervisory board. Class was born in Wehr in Southern Baden and was managing director at MVV Umwelt GmbH in Mannheim from 2008 onwards. He has been working in the energy and environment sector for more than 20 years. Among others, he was spokesman of the managing board of SITA Kommunalservice GmbH, a company of SITA SUEZ group. Class was trained as a farmer and holds a degree in Agricultural Sciences from Hohenheim university.
Stephan Hansen has been COO since August 2014. The mechanical engineer was managing director and Vice President Business Development EMEA at First Solar GmbH from 2004 to 2012. Before coming to juwi, he was Executive Vice President of NANOSOLAR INC., San Jose, and responsible for sales. Between 1996 and 2004, he took over various executive positions within the Schott Group and was also COO for Schott's solar business in the US.
Dagmar Rehm is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Wörrstadt-based juwi AG since 1 January 2017. The economist moved from Mannheim-based Bilfinger SE to Wörrstadt. In her position as finance director at Bilfinger, she has been responsible for “Engineering, Automation & Control” since 2014. Prior to this, Dagmar Rehm held various management positions within the commercial department of the Bilfinger Group. Before she joined Bilfinger she was in responsible positions within the controlling department at Thomas Cook, Deutsche Bahn, and AEG. She completed her studies of economic sciences at the universities of Mannheim and Würzburg.
