Green Buildings - Buildings for Climate Protection

With rising costs for raw materials and ambitious goals for climate protection, a buiding's energy demand and operating costs become more and more important.

Sustainable, energy efficient technology for state-of-the-art buildings – this is one of the keys for effective climate protection and the implementation of a comprehensive regenerative energy supply. We want to put that into action and relieve owners, companies and public households financially. Thus, we increase the value and the quality of the buildings in which we live and work.

  • According to the EU building regulation from 2010, all new buildings in the EU have to be constructed sustainably by 2020 in order that they use close to zero energy for heating, cooling and warm water.
  • Germany has commited itself to reduce its CO2 emmissions by 40 percent by 2020(compared to 1990).
  • According to the Renewable Energy Heating Law, 14 per cent of heating requirements shall be covered by renewables by 2020.
