The personal data processed can be divided into general personal data such as master data, address and contact data; physical characteristics such as gender, data about formal qualifications and general skills such as education, training and occupation; if required, this might include info about social, religious and political activities. The data was collected directly from you. The data will be collected and stored for the purposes of handling the job application process and the possible hiring of an employee. The storage of the data occurs immediately after receipt of the applicant’s documents (receipt of an e-mail with the relevant attached files), and the data is retained until the conclusion of the application process. The data is forwarded to the respective employee within the juwi Group who is responsible for the application/staffing process. If the application process concludes with your hiring in a juwi Group company, your documents will then be forwarded to the human resources department for storing in a digital HR file. If no contract is agreed to, your data will be deleted no later than six months later.

The data processing is used to execute pre-contractual measures that result from your inquiry, as per Art. 6, Sec. 1, Letter (b) EU GDPR.

If the legal requirements are met, you are entitled to the following rights: the right to information, correction, deletion, right to withdrawal, limitation of the processing, or a right of objection against the processing as well as the right to data transferability as per Art. 15–22, EU GDPR.

Furthermore, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory board if you have doubts about the legality of the processing of your personal data.
